Mushroom, Cream Cheese, Garlic and Herb Crostinis
- 125 grams Exotic Mushrooms (larger ones chopped, smaller ones left whole)
- 2 clove of Garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese (heaped tbsp)
- 15 grams Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 salt and pepper to season
- 6 diagonally sliced pieces of French Bread
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Put the bread onto the grill to toast.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms together and fry gently until the mushrooms are soft.
- Add the cream cheese and cook gently until the cheese becomes like a sauce.
- Add the parsley and season to taste.
