Texas Zesty Black Eyed Peas Recipe

  1. Put all of above in an electric crockpot.
  2. Set on low setting for 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Remove bones and skins, scrape fat off skin and put meat and fat back into pot.
  4. Cook on low for 1 hour and serve.

black eye peas, water, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, ham hocks, black pepper, level, pepper
