Steve Petusevsky's Ginger Soy Drizzle

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 12 a lemon, juice of
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 14 cup ginger ale or 14 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Can be used as a marinade or basting sauce for any vegetable or grilled tofu or as a dressing for salad or as a dip.
