Steamed Asparagus With Tomato-Basil Dip

  1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill uo to 2 days, if desired.
  3. Snap of tough ends of asparagus.
  4. Cook in boiling salted water to cover, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  5. PLunge asparagus into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
  6. COver and chill, if desires.
  7. Serve with dip.
