Banana Chip Muffins
- 1 cup white flour
- 34 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 13 cup white chocolate chips
- 13 cup chocolate chips
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mash bananas and combine with all wet ingredients.
- Gently fold wet into dry until barely moist.
- Sprinkle in both chocolate chips and fold a few times.
- Bake @ 350degrees for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
