Bacon wrapped chicken w/Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions in alfredo sauce
- 4 chicken breasts(thin)
- 7 roma tomatoes(small)
- 3 pinch diced green onions
- bunch pre cut fresh mushrooms
- 2/3 classic creamy alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp bacon grease
- bunch toothpicks
- 1/2 packages bacon
- I cut all my green onions,tomatoes and mushrooms early and put to the side.
- Wrapped the chicken with bacon.
- 2 or 3 pieces if needed and stuck toothpicks on edges.
- Had a bacon greased pan ready and put the chicken in pan browning on both sides.
- Put all 3 veggie ingredients in pan with a little bit of bacon grease to cook those.
- Wait for the veggies to brown then add the Alfredo sauce.
- Cut chicken to make sure it is done and put on plate.
- Make sure to take out toothpicks before putting sauce in.
- Use a spoon and pour over chicken and I added some extra green onion on top of mine.
- Pick a veggie for a side, I used green beans and serve :)
