Blow your mind Saganaki
- 200 grams Saganaki cheese
- 1 Lemon
- 4 pinch Dried or fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Cut cheese into 1cm thick slices, I like to also cut them into triangle (have no idea why)
- Place butter in very hot fry pan or better still an iron skillet, (you need to serve this dish hot).
- Place cheese onto to fry pan and this will brown the cheese in a few seconds flip and let the other side fry
- Drizzle the honey over cheese and squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon into pan.
- (More to taste if you like) Then sprinkle the thyme over the cheese.
- Serve immediately on the pan, this dish isn't not nearly as nice if its cold.
