Blow your mind Saganaki

  1. Cut cheese into 1cm thick slices, I like to also cut them into triangle (have no idea why)
  2. Place butter in very hot fry pan or better still an iron skillet, (you need to serve this dish hot).
  3. Place cheese onto to fry pan and this will brown the cheese in a few seconds flip and let the other side fry
  4. Drizzle the honey over cheese and squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon into pan.
  5. (More to taste if you like) Then sprinkle the thyme over the cheese.
  6. Serve immediately on the pan, this dish isn't not nearly as nice if its cold.
