Loaded lasagna
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb sausage (any kind will work)
- 24 oz jar of spagetti sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 cup shredded chedder cheese
- Cook lasagna according to package and set aside to cool.
- Cut sausage, green peppers and onions into small chunks and cook until peppers and onions are soft.
- Then add the spagetti sauce all but a half of cup.
- Spray bottom of a cake pan with pam and lay out noodles in a single layer in bottom.
- Add a layer of the sausage mixture then sprinkle on some chedder cheese and a little mozzarella.
- Continue layers until the sausage mixture is gone.
- End your layers with the noodles on top.
- Then add the remaining spagetti sauce on top.
- Then put the mozzarella cheese and a little chedder on top.
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 min.
- Then uncover and bake for an additional 10 min.
- To bake the cheese on top.
- Then enjoy
