Guacamole Dip

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  4. Place sour cream, avocado, green onions, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and dressing mix in blender container; cover.
  5. Blend on low speed 1 minute.
  6. Gradually add gelatine mixture, blending well after each addition.
  7. Place in serving bowl; cover.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until set.
  9. Top with tomato and olives.
  10. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetable dippers.
