  1. Simmer the hot dogs in a covered sauce pan until they plump up nicely(up to 10 minutes).
  2. Place the hot dogs into the buns.
  3. (We warm them for 30 seconds in the microwave,or steam them for a minute or 2)
  4. Apply mustard(use a squirt bottle for ease of application),onions,relish,2 wedges of Tomato,3 Sport peppers.Apply celery salt over the length of the dog.
