Smothered Chicken

  1. Add left-over chicken to 2 tbsp.
  2. cooking oil and heat up slightly.
  3. Add cut up onion and cook until opaque.
  4. Add water, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken and whisk together cream, milk and gravy mix and seasonings.
  6. Return chicken to pan and cover and simmer on very low heat 5 minutes.
