Carbonara without Heavy Cream
- 1 piece Hot spring egg - soft poached egg
- 1/2 clove Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp or more Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Bacon (or Sausage)
- 1 as much (to taste) Mushroom or Vegetables
- Prepare the soft poached egg.
- You can refer to this.
- Put all the ingredients as well as the poached egg into a deep dish for pasta.
- You don't have to melt the butter.
- For the salt, go light to adjust later to taste.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as the instructions on the package.
- Remove from heat to drain.
- While the pasta is cooking at Step 3, saute the bacon.
- Add mushroom or vegetables if you wish.
- Toss the piping pasta in the the reserved sauce and sprinkle salt to taste.
- Serve immediately garnished with the bacon and it's done.
