Peach Ice Cream

• 1 lb peach, cut up
• 12 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup sugar

1. cut up 1 pound of peaches and put in a bowl.
2. pour 1/2 cup sugar on peach pieces and place in refridgerator overnight.
3. either process in a food processor till pureed or press through a sieve
4. mix throughly with milk, cream, and sugar
5. process according to ice cream machine instructions.
