Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry

  1. In wok, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  2. Add tofu and lightly fry, set to side.
  3. Add calamari lightly fry calamari and set with tofu.
  4. In wok add remaining sesame oil and carrots and cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add slivered ginger, garlic, zucchini and squash and cook for about 3 more minutes.
  6. Add bok choy and add back in tofu and calamari.
  7. Drizzle sweet soy over ingredients and stir.
  8. Add sake and continue cooking until all ingredients are tender.
  9. Add bean sprouts, toss lightly and remove from heat.
  10. Serve over 1 cup of steamed rice.
