Brown Sugar Peach Pie Recipe

  1. Combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, lemon juice and butter.
  2. Cook and stir over Low heat till sugar is dissolved; cold slightly.
  3. Arrange sliced peaches in pastry-lined 9 inch pie plate; pour brown sugar mix over fruit.
  4. Adjust lattice crust; seal, Bake at 400 F for 35 min.
  5. Cold before serving.
  6. Serves 8.
  7. NOTES : " The Caramel Sauce makes the difference!"
