Bread Pudding (Low Cholesterol) Recipe

  1. Heat butter in 8-inch square baking dish while preheating oven.
  2. Break bread into bite-size pcs in mixing bowl.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients; then butter and mix well.
  4. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
