Roasted Veggie Sandwich

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Make 2 or 3 small cuts in each short end of red pepper; press pepper to flatten.
  3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Add remaining vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender.
  8. Spread cut sides of focaccia with cream cheese product; fill with vegetables.
