Warm Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 package (about 1.4 Oz. Packet) Knorr Homestyle Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix
- 1 pinch Minced Garlic
- 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Chopped Spinach, Well Drained
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 2 packages (12 Oz. Size) Parmesan Or Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
- In a medium size bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Knorr dip mix, and garlic (if using).
- Stir in the drained spinach, artichoke hearts and 3 cups of the cheese.
- Spread mixture in a 9 x 12 baking dish, sprinkle with remainder of cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at the edges.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
