Chocolate Mint Delight Recipe
- 22 1/2 ounce. fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 c. very warm tap water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- In large bowl combine all brownie ingredients.
- Beat 50 strokes with spoon.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Don't OVERBAKE.
- Cold completely.
- Spread 2/3 c. of the fudge topping over the brownies.
- Open up the ice cream box and slice ice cream into 1-inch sections.
- Place these on top of the brownies so they are completely covered.
- Heat the remaining fudge topping and drizzle on top of ice cream.
- Cover and freeze several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Let stand a few min before cutting.
