Eyeball Cookies

• 1 refrigerated sugar cookie log
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 vanilla frosting
• 1 green maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
• 1 mini chocolate chips
• 2 tubes (.67 oz.)red decorating gel

1. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
2. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls, roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
3. Place on greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake according to package directions.
5. (350 for about 10-12 minutes) Let them cool completely.
6. Top cookies with frosting.
7. Place 1 cherry in the center.
8. Place 1 chocolate chip in center of cherry.
9. Make squiggly lines with red gel on outside of cherries to look like veins.
