Carnival Candy Cookies

• 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces
• 14 cup peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 2 tablespoons shortening
• 1 cup salted peanuts
• 1 cup colored miniature marshmallows

1. Melt together in saucepan over low heat the chocolate pieces,peanut butter,corn syrup and shortening.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Cool slightly,then stir in peanuts and marshmallows,avoid over stirring.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
5. Let sit until firm.
