Baked Pizza Dip Recipe
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 8 ounce shredded mozzerella cheese divided
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce (lowest carb count you can find)
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced red pepper
- Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed till well-blended.
- Spread mix on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with 1 c. of the mozzerella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining 1 c. of mozzerella cheese and then the peppers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till mix is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
- This recipe yields 10 servings;
- Comments: Serve with pork rinds.
