Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

  1. Beat cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In separate bowl, toss 1 cup mini chocolate chips in flour, and stir into cheese mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. For chocolate glaze, melt over low - medium heat, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/4 cup whipping cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
  9. Immediately spread over cooled cheesecake.
  10. Cover and chill - keep refrigerated.
