Goat Cheese Stuffed Phyllo Dough
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 5 whole Sheets Phyllo Dough
- 1/2 cups Goat Cheese
- 5 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 whole Green Apple, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Spinach
- Create egg wash: in a small bowl, whisk together the egg with the milk.
- Lay the sheets of phyllo dough on top of each other.
- Cut in half vertically, then horizontally, creating four squares.
- Sprinkle some goat cheese, rosemary, chopped apple, and spinach onto one half of each square.
- Brush the outside of the square with the egg wash, then fold the other half on top of the ingredients to completely cover the stuffing.
- Brush again with egg wash to ensure the dough is sealed.
- Repeat the process for each square.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes, or until dough is brown and crispy.
- These make great appetizers!
