Cauliflower in a Coat (Dressed)

• 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
• 1 12 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 12 teaspoons honey
• 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• salt & pepper, to taster
• 1 12 teaspoons fresh tarragon (1/2 tsp dried)
• 12 teaspoon fresh minced chives

1. Steam the cauliflower until tender.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour the dressing over the cauliflower& serve.
