Savory Avocado Donut
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cups Arrowroot Starch
- 1/2 cups Millet Flour
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Meal
- 13 cups Sugar
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 cups Avocado
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Water
- Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together.
- Next add in the avocado, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and end with water.
- Stir till well combined.
- Scoop into a donut pan (lightly greased with coconut oil) and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 14-16 minutes or till an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Carefully remove from the donut pan and let cool as you make your frosting.
