Spicy Pastrami Melt

  1. For each serving: Place 2 cheese slices on 1 bread slice; top with 3 oz.
  2. pastrami, 2 slices each cheese and tomatoes, 1/2 oz.
  3. onions and 2 Tbsp.
  4. garlic sauce.
  5. Cover with second bread slice.
  6. Brush outside of sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp.
  7. butter.
  8. Cook on oiled 350 degrees F-flat top grill 1 to 2 min.
  9. on each side or until sandwich is toasted on both sides and cheese is melted.
  10. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
