Homemade Cornbread
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup cornmeal
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease 8-9 inch square pan.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in milk, oil, and egg until moistened.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
