okra gravy
- 3 lb choped okra
- 2 large size: chopped tomato
- 1 large size: chopped onion
- 3 green chili
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 cup use 2 cups of oil to fry the okra
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- in large saucepan add oil let it heat up.
- add okra and fry about 5 to 7 minutes.
- drain the oil form the okra .
- heat 4 tablespoons oil in medium skillet over medium heat add onion cook and stir 5 minutes add ginger garlic paste continue to stir.
- add tomato, green chili,salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and cook and stir about 2 to 3 minutes add tomato paste and stir add 1/2 cup water and add okra put the top on and cook about 5 minutes.
