Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken stock
- Salt & pepper
- 2-3 c. diced chicken, cooked
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 pound grated cheese
- 8 ounce. spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 c. buttered crumbs
- Heat butter.
- Add in onions and cook about 10 min.
- Add in flour and stir till blended.
- Slowly add in stock and stir over low heat, till thick and smooth.
- Season to taste.
- Add in chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
- Arrange chicken mix and spaghetti in layer in greased casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 25 min at 350 degrees.
