Garlic and herb potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cut up the potatoes in small chunks like you would for potato salad
  3. Mix garlic and herb soup with the olive oil pour over potatoes in either a zip lock bag or a covered bowl.
  4. Make sure all potatoes are covered by the mix
  5. I use a 16x12x1 inch Pan lined with foil.
  6. Place potatoes in pan and even them out.
  7. Cover with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes uncover, mix potatoes around and cook for another 30 minutes.
  9. If you need them more crisp then use the broil for about 3 minutes
  10. You can half this recipe if you don't have a large family like I have.
  11. 3 teenagers me and my boyfriend.
  12. We love this any time we grill out out
  13. This can also be used to marinade chicken for the grill.
  14. Just let marinate over night.
  15. It's delicious!
