Vegetable Fruit Cake Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can carrots, liquid removed and mashed
- 1 (16 ounce.) can fruit cocktail, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 yellow cake mix
- Oil and water, as directed on cake mix
- Powdered sugar
- Mix cake as directed on box, stir in carrots, fruit cocktail and raisins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 min or possibly till done.
- When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serves: 6 to 8.
