Teriyaki Steak Skewers
- 12 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Mix steak sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger.
- Pour 1/4 cup over meat in glass bowl; stir evenly coat meat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Store remaining steak sauce mixture in refrigerator.
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Drain meat; discard marinade.
- Alternately thread meat, pineapple and peppers on 8 skewers.
- Grill 4-6 minutes or until meat is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved sauce.
