Festive JELL-O Poke Cake

  1. Place cakes, top-sides up, in 2 clean 9-inch round pans.
  2. Pierce cakes with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
  3. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour jelly powder in separate bowl; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Carefully pour red jelly over 1 cake layer, and green jelly over remaining cake layer.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  7. Unmold cakes.
  8. Fill and frost with Cool Whip.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
