Bangers and Garlic Onion Mash

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Mash potatoes with milk.
  3. Slice onion and carmalize in butter.
  4. Add onions and garlic powder to potatoes.
  5. Simmer bangers in beer until cooked through.
  6. Discard beer.
  7. Slice bangers on an angle and lightly fry.
  8. Make brown gravy according to package directions.
  9. Add gravy to bangers and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Serve bangers over potatoes.
