Spicy Sweet Glaze Chicken
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 23 cup apricot preserves
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 13 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 8 chicken pieces (wings, drumsticks, breast, etc,)
- Mix together garlic, apricot preserves, soy sauce, ketchup and Tobasco sauce.
- Put chicken pieces of choice in a gallon ziplock bag.
- Add the sauce mixture; place in a freezer.
- To cook the chicken, thaw completely in the refrigerator; dump into a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until done, 50 to 60 minutes.
