Balsamic Strawberries

  1. Place the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle the sugar and vinegar on top, tossing to mix.
  2. Let stand for about 10 minutes, until the berries start to release their juices and the sugar is no longer grainy.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
