30-Minute Italian Pork Chop Dinner

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on high heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 2 min.
  4. or until bottoms of chops are browned.
  5. Reduce heat to medium; turn chops over.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano.
  7. Top with pepper strips, dressing and tomatoes with their juices.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 12 min.
  10. or until chops are cooked through (160F).
  11. Remove chops from skillet, reserving vegetable mixture in skillet.
  12. Cover chops to keep warm.
  13. Increase heat to high; cook vegetable mixture 1 to 2 min.
  14. or until vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  15. Spoon rice evenly onto 4 serving plates.
  16. Top evenly with chops, vegetable mixture and cheese.
