Norma's Sage Stuffing
- 4 (14 ounce) packagespepperidgefarm croutons
- 1 lb butter
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 12 cups chopped onions
- 46 ounces chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons ground sage
- Saute onion and celery in butter til tender.
- Mix sage with dry croutons.
- Heat broth.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- This will stuff a 20 pound bird or bake alone in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
