Chocolate chips Cookies Tiramisu

• 180 grams chocolate chips cookies
• 250 grams mascarpone cheese
• 2 eggs
• 50 grams granulated sugar
• 150 ml espresso coffee
• 1 tsp brandy or some other liquor

1. Separate yolks From egg whites
2. Beat yolks with sugar
3. Add mascarpone to yolks
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff
5. Delicately mix egg whites and yolks (use a spoon and mix bottom-up)... Mascarpone cream is ready!
6. Mix coffee and brandy
7. Quickly dip cookies in this alcoholic coffee
8. Arrange a first layer of cookies then a mascarpone cream one, and so on
9. Finish with a mascarpone cream layer and sprinkle cocoa powder on it
10. Put in the fridge for one hour
