Homemade Coconut Pittu
- 250 grams rice flour
- 200 grams coconut grated
- 50 millilitres water
- 2 teaspoon salt to taste
- sift the rice flour and put it to a bowl.
- add grated coconut salt and mix well.
- slowly pour in the water mixing with your fingers as you do so until resembles bread crumbs.
- place the mixture in the pittu mould and steam for about 7 minutes until cooked.
- steam emerges from pittu mold transfer to a plate and cut pieces.
- serve with curry.
