Homemade Coconut Pittu

  1. sift the rice flour and put it to a bowl.
  2. add grated coconut salt and mix well.
  3. slowly pour in the water mixing with your fingers as you do so until resembles bread crumbs.
  4. place the mixture in the pittu mould and steam for about 7 minutes until cooked.
  5. steam emerges from pittu mold transfer to a plate and cut pieces.
  6. serve with curry.
  7. enjoy.
