Caramel-Chocolate Cookie Bars

• 35 square shortbread cookies
• 36 KRAFT Caramels
• 2 Tbsp. milk
• 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
• 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Place cookies in single layer in 13x9-inch pan.
2. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
3. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.
4. Spoon over cookies; spread with spatula to form even layer in pan.
5. Sprinkle with coconut; drizzle with chocolate.
6. Let stand 10 min.
7. or until caramel is firm before cutting dessert into bars.
