Dijon-Spinach Dip

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/3 cup KRAFT GREY POUPON Dijon Ranch Dressing & Dip
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
• 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well drained, chopped

1. Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
