Crabmeat Shooters Quintana

  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine all ingredients except crab and cucumber.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. To serve, place chunks of crabmeat in small cocktail or juice glasses.
  4. Top with tomato mixture and garnish with cucumber, if desired.
