Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, spread the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Drizzle over the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast, tossing once, until the Brussels sprouts are brown and tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Add the kimchi to the Brussels sprouts and gently toss to combine.
  6. Return to the oven and roast until the kimchi is heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Serve.
