Barbecued Beef Ribs Recipe
- 3 pound ribs
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Cover ribs with water, boil till done.
- Cold.
- Separate lean meat.
- Combine remaining ingredients and simmer till celery and onion are done.
