Zesty Spinach Dip

• 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 1/4 cup thinly shredded carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers

1. Mix sour cream, mustard and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Refrigerate several hours.
