OREO-Mini Ice Cream Tartlets

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter.
  2. Scoop 1/4 cup ice cream into each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  3. Top each with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  4. crumb mixture; press into ice cream to secure.
  5. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove tarts from muffin pan; discard paper liners.
  7. Place tarts, crumb-sides down, on dessert plates; top with COOL WHIP and mini cookies.
