Cold Parmesan Ranch Couscous Salad

  1. Prepare Cous cous as directed on box.
  2. Once done, fluff with fork, place in a large bowl and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. While the cous cous is chilling, peel and dice cucumber.
  4. Also dice tomato.
  5. Combine veggies with cold cous cous and add ranch dressing.
  6. Toss well.
