Pizzeria Quesadillas
- 1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- Cook combined crumbles and sauce in skillet on medium heat 4 min.
- or until heated through (160 degrees F), stirring occasionally.
- Spread about 1/4 cup sauce mixture onto half of each tortilla; top with cheese.
- Fold tortillas in half, pressing tortillas into filling to secure.
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 1 min.
- Add quesadillas; cook 2 to 3 min.
